Gallery & Ancillary Spaces


Originally home to MOCCA (Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art), the Gallery consists of two floors that are link the Upper and Lower levels. These stunning areas may be used seperately or in conjunction with one another for maximum flexibility. The Upper Gallery boasts coustic panelling to make it the perfect place for small recitals and concerts. The Lower Gallery, adjacent to the George Weston Recital Hall, includes a loading bay and prep area within the room, making catering that much easier! 



The Lobby of the Toronto Centre for the Arts is an elegant, unique Art Deco-inspired space that’s perfect for galas, silent auctions and fundraisers. With 60 foot high ceilings, and an easily accessible catering prep area in the lower Gallery, the Lobby works whether you’ve planned for 50 people or more than 600—you can use the entire space, or a smaller segment.



With a Maximum capacity of 30 people, the VIP Suite is perfect for small, performance related receptions. Featuring a private bar, bathroom, and coat closet.
